Refund policy
Every AdFlix purchase on JVZoo, including the front end, each upgrade, each downsell and the Complete Bundle, comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How to ask for a refund
- Email info@theadflix.com with your order number, or request it through JVZoo.
- Ask within 30 days of the purchase date. We reply within 24 hours.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through JVZoo.
What happens to your account
- A refund removes access to the product refunded and any of its credits you have not used. Other products you bought stay active.
- Refunding the front end closes the account, along with any upgrades bought on it.
- Renders you already downloaded stay yours to use under the licence you had.
- A chargeback removes access in the same way as a refund.
Credit packs bought in the app
- An unused credit pack can be refunded within 30 days.
- A pack you have started using is not refundable, because those credits pay for real AI rendering costs.
Things we can't refund
- Charges from your own AI provider when you use Bring Your Own Key. Those are between you and your provider.
- Repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same product. We may decline a second refund of a product already refunded once.
Licence terms
Each licence covers the renders you make with AdFlix (video ads, posters, thumbnails, presenter videos and listing copy). You keep the licence to renders made while the licence was active.

Front end: commercial use for your own business
- Use your renders in your own paid ads, store, product listings, social pages, website, emails and printed material.
- "Your own business" means a business you own or are employed by. Making renders for anyone else needs the Agency or Reseller licence.
- One person per account. Don't share your login.
Agency licence
- Everything in the front end, plus the right to make renders for clients and charge them any price you set.
- Up to 50 client workspaces, so each client's photos, plans and renders stay separate. Clients do not get an AdFlix login; you deliver the files.
- The client-pitch kit (templates, outreach scripts and sample deliverables) can be used to win clients, but not resold on its own.
- You hand your clients full commercial use of the renders you deliver to them.
- You may not resell AdFlix accounts or access. That needs the Reseller licence.
Reseller licence
- Create up to 50 AdFlix front-end accounts for your own customers and keep 100% of what you charge them.
- Each customer account gets the front-end studios and commercial use for that customer's own business. It does not include upgrades.
- Customer accounts render on either:
- your own AI provider key (Bring Your Own Key), with the provider billing you directly, or
- credits you hand out from your balance: your Reseller credits, plus any credit packs you buy in the app.
- You provide first-line support to your customers. We handle technical faults only.
- You may start selling customer accounts only after the launch closes on 30 November 2026.
- You may not sell AdFlix accounts on JVZoo, WarriorPlus or any other marketplace, and you may not run paid ads that use the AdFlix name.
- Sell AdFlix as AdFlix. You may not rebrand it, present it as your own software, or promise features it doesn't have.
- If your Reseller licence is refunded or ends for breach of these terms, accounts created under it are closed.
Complete Bundle
Includes the front end, Agency and Reseller licences together, on the same terms.
Rules for every licence
- Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
- Only use a face or voice you own or have written permission to use.
- Don't make content that is illegal, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights or trademarks.
- Renders are made by third-party AI models. Their providers' usage policies also apply.
Terms of use
- Who sells it. AdFlix is sold through JVZoo. Your purchase is also covered by JVZoo's own buyer terms.
- Access. Login details arrive by email within minutes of purchase. Access is one-time payment, no subscription.
- Credits. Credits pay for rendering. They have no cash value and can't be transferred between accounts, except Reseller allocations to customer accounts.
- Results. Output depends on your photos, your instructions and the AI models. AI-generated content is not the same as custom professional production. We make no promises about sales or earnings.
- Availability. We aim to keep AdFlix online at all times but can't promise it will never be down. AI providers may change or retire models; when that happens we switch to a comparable model.
- Misuse. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the licence rules above.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
Privacy
- What we collect. Your name and email from your JVZoo purchase, the photos and text you upload, the renders you make, and basic usage data.
- Why. To run your account, render your content, give support and prevent abuse.
- Who processes it. JVZoo (payments), our hosting provider, and the AI providers that render your content (OpenRouter, fal.ai and HeyGen). If you use Bring Your Own Key, your own provider processes those renders.
- We never sell your data.
- Tracking. Our sales page may use the Facebook pixel and Google Analytics to measure visits and purchases, including which affiliate referred you.
- Your rights. Email info@theadflix.com to get a copy of your data or have your account and uploads deleted.
